<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape or sheet that develops good initial adhesion to a dew condensation face or a wetting face and that has good peeling resistance under a constant load. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive tape or sheet has an adhesive layer on at least one surface of the substrate and the whole adhesive layer is formed from a water dispersion type adhesive composition containing an acrylic type polymer (A) as a base polymer mainly comprised of a monomer of a 4-12C alkyl (meth) acrylate. The surface part of the adhesive layer at the range of 3nm inside from the outer surface of the adhesive layer contains 0.1-3pts.wt. of an anionic emulsifier (B) containing a sulfur atom based on 100pts.wt. of the total monomer components constituting the acrylic type polymer (A) which forms the surface part of the adhesive layer, and contains 0.5-15pts.wt. of a hydrophilic polymer (C) based on 100pts.wt. of the nonvolatile matter content in the water dispersion type adhesive composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
