PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display provided with dummy partition walls as reinforcing partition walls which enable keeping the clearance between an upper and a lower board, and a sealing means to seal the outside of the upper and the lower board. SOLUTION: The plasma display comprises the upper and the lower board (31, 32) spaced at a predetermined clearance, a display unit (33) to regenerate images in discharging spaces divided by a number of partition walls inside the upper and lower boards, and a plurality of partition walls positioned predetermined spaces away from the periphery of the display unit to keep the clearance between the upper and the lower board and support the upper and the lower board. At least one of the plurality of partition walls is the dummy partition wall (34) as the reinforcing partition wall to keep the clearance between the upper and the lower board by the rest even if part of the partition is damaged, and the sealing means (35) to seal the outside of the upper and the lower board.
