PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify the other network of the connection state of network devices inside a network beyond routers. SOLUTION: In the network 11a, each of all the network devices 19a-19c notifies each of the network devices 19a-19c except its own device of its own connection state in broadcast. The representative device 19a which has been registered in advance notifies an external network 11b of all the network states in the network 11a in unicast. Although routers 13a, 13b cannot be omitted in broadcast communication, the connection states to the external devices are notified beyond the routers, thereby enabling easy access to all the network devices 19a-19c from the external network 11b.
