PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing copolymer having an unsaturated double bond which has a low refractive index, high surface hardness and, simultaneously, has superior properties in stainproofness, water repellency and oil repellency, chemical resistance and the like when formed into a coating film. SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing copolymer having an unsaturated double bond is formed by reacting a fluorine group-containing copolymer [A] containing a hydroxy group constituted by comprising a fluoroolefin (a), a specific reactive silicone (b), a specific hydroxy group-containing unsaturated ether (c), and a specific fluorine-containing (meth)acrylic ester (d) as the polymerization units with an unsaturated isocyanate [B].
