PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of efficiently selecting a disturbance resolution processing optimum for reducing a processing load of status analysis analyzing a database storage area condition and dissolving disturbance caused in a database storage area. SOLUTION: This database disturbance resolution method includes the following respective steps. When a current database processing execution cost ratio to that just after execution of disturbance resolution processing exceeds a threshold value showing execution timing of the status analysis, it is determined to be the status analysis execution timing. If it is determined to be the status analysis execution timing, a condition of the database storage area is analyzed, and a value matching each disturbance factor is outputted as a status analysis result. Referring to a list of a disturbance determination threshold values, which represent the threshold values for determining whether each of the disturbance factors is in a condition requiring dissolution or not, the disturbance factor above the threshold values in the disturbance determination threshold values is obtained from the outputted status analysis result. Referring to a correspondence table of the disturbance resolution processing and a resolvable factor, disturbance resolution processing capable of dissolving the disturbance due to the obtained disturbance factor is selected.
