<p>A foil (6) made of silicone of a particularly elastic quality and with a smooth and water-repellent surface is permanently joined to the rear of the base (4) of a unit of artificial teeth (2, 3) by polymerization. The lower side of the foil (6) is provided with several rows of suction cups (7), positioned in an alternating order. Small gaps between the cups (7) facilitate an individual adjustment of the cup (7) to the jaw or the palate of the patient.</p> |
