<p>A method of forming cord-embedded tire components, comprising the steps of determining the number of cords driven in narrow member pieces (3) with a specified width w (approx. pi inches) to a specified quantity for each type of cord and connecting, to each other, the narrow member pieces (3) of such a quantity as determined for each size of tire (tire size in inch) sequentially in the lateral direction to form the tire components (4), whereby the number of the cords driven in the tire components of one tire can be easily set constant.</p> |
