<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an osteogenic treatment device which has an excellent bone neoplasia. <P>SOLUTION: The osteogenic treating device includes nucleic acid containing base sequences which code for bone morphogenetic protein (BMP), angiogenic factors, and a base substance, and is implanted in vivo for osteogenic treatment. Preferably, the BMP includes at least one item among MBP-2, MBP-4, and MBP-7, and the nucleic acid includes a base sequence derived from expressed plasmids. The angiogenic factor is preferred to be at least one item among a basic fibroblast growth factor, a vascular endothelial growth factor, and a hepatocellular growth factor. The form of the base substance is preferred to be block objects, especially to be porous bodies having a vacancy ratio of 30-95%. Main materials of the base substance are preferred to be composed of hydroxy apatite or tri-calcium phosphate, besides, preferred to include vectors preserving nucleic acid, while the vectors are preferred to be positively charged liposome which is the vector derived from non-viruses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
