<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and rigid sheet for a rubber packing material for water service capable of preventing penetration and leakage of water through an intermediate layer of the rubber packing material fitted to a water service pipe, and facilitated in fitting work and manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: A stainless steel metal net 12 is placed on a sheet 11a for the rubber packing material formed from rolled styrene butadiene rubber, and a sheet 11b for the rubber packing material formed from rolled styrene butadiene rubber is placed thereon, and they are heated and pressured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
