<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction indicating device for a vehicle including an indicator lamp consisting of an LED in which a voltage variation of a battery as a power supply does not cause a change in the twinkling frequency of the indicator lamp. <P>SOLUTION: The direction indicating device for the vehicle is structured so that the voltage of the power supply 11 is sensed by a voltage sensing circuit 16a and pulse signals with a duty ratio complying with the sensed voltage are generated by a counter circuit 16b. A flasher twinkling circuit 16c generates twinkling signals for twinkling the direction indicator lamp, and when a left indicator lamp switch 17 or a right indicator lamp switch 18 is put on, twinkling signals having undergone a pulse width modulation are emitted from an AND circuit 16d or an AND circuit 16e.
