PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration of a rearview mirror by connecting a back mirror mounting part of a resin panel with a ceiling plate. SOLUTION: A front wall 42 composed of a synthetic resin has longitudinal frames 42a which vertically extends on the left and right sides of a main body and back mirror mounting parts 57 formed on the respective longitudinal frames 42a. Mounting plates 70 mounted on the mounting parts 57 are fixed to a metal ceiling plate 48 by reinforced arms 71, thus mounting structure of the rearview mirrors 53 is strengthened and vibration amplitude of the rearview mirrors 53 by vibration of an engine or the like is decreased, thus visibility to a driver through the rearview mirrors 53 is improved.
