PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report appropriate location information based on the relation with a call. SOLUTION: A communication control part 601 of a radio mobile station communicates with a base station. A server number holding part 607 holds the server numbers for identifying a server which requests a location information call from the mobile station. A control part 602 retrieves the server numbers, which are stored in a call set-up message sent from the base station. If there is a number that matches the server number held in the server number holding part 607, the control part 602 instructs the communication control part 601 to report the radio conditions to the base station.
