<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for heating food using a broiler for fully exhibiting the function of the broiler in any condition. <P>SOLUTION: This method for heating food comprises using the broiler. The broiler has a gas burner to be supplied with gas of given gas pressure and a food placing means to place food. The food placing means is set so that the food directly receives while moving combustion gas generated directly from combustion in a gas burner, air indirectly heated by combustion or far infrared rays generated directly and indirectly from combustion. Gas of high pressure which is reduced to the given gas pressure is supplied to the gas burner of the broiler. The temperature of the food placing means is measured to detect a condition where the temperature rise of the food placing means is saturated. When the saturation temperature of the food placing means in the condition is lower than given temperature, the given gas pressure is changed to gas pressure higher than the given gas pressure through adjusting the level of pressure reduction so as to bring the saturation temperature to the given temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
