<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card that enables reductions in parts count and man-hour of assembly and enables a reduction in thickness and an improvement in electrical performance. <P>SOLUTION: The card includes an insulator 23 having contacts 21, and an electronic part 17, and has a film contact member 15 having an adhesive layer 19. The insulator 23 has a mount portion 23a to which the film contact member 11 is attached and on which the electronic part 17 is mounted. The adhesive layer 19 holds the insulator 23, the film contact member 15 and the electronic part 17 integrally.
