<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-casting machine for uniformly diffusing and adhering powder releasing agent to an inner surface of a cavity of a die, and obtaining a product of excellent quality. <P>SOLUTION: The die-casting machine comprises a sleeve 30 held by dies 5 and 6, a plunger 40 to inject and fill molten metal in a cavity, an electromagnetic pump 100 to feed the molten metal into the sleeve 30 through a molten metal feed pipe 50 connected to a split body 31, an evacuating device 61 to evacuate the cavity, a powder feeder 21 to feed powder releasing agent into the cavity, a control valve 25 the powder feeder 21 to spray powder lubricant to the sleeve, a control valve 26, and check valves 70 and 90 to exhaust gas in the cavity outside when the pressure in a closed space constituted by the inner surfaces of the cavity and the sleeve and the level of the molten metal in the molten metal feed pipe 50 is higher than the atmospheric pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
