<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treating device which can easily ensure a conduit for a high frequency current in a constitution wherein an ultrasonic probe and a vibration transmitting member can freely be turned to the operating part. <P>SOLUTION: In this ultrasonic treating device, an operating part side connecting member 51 which comes into contact with a conductive member 24a of an electrode pin 24 is provided on an oscillator connecting part 18 of the operating part body 17. For an oscillator unit 13, a horn 16 on the proximal end side is fitted and fixed to the exterior part of a unit connecting part 14b. Also, the oscillator unit 13 is fitted with an engaging ring 19 on the unit connecting part 14b, and an oscillator side connecting member 52 which is freely turnably engaged with the operating part side connecting member 51 of the operating part body 17 by fitting an engaging ring 19 on the unit connecting part 14b is provided. On the rear end side of the oscillator side connecting member 52, a plate spring 52a which comes into contact with the horn 16 is fixed with screws. The plate spring 52a comes into contact with a vicinity of the proximal end part 16b of the horn 16, which is the location of a node of an ultrasonic vibration generated from an ultrasonic oscillator 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
