PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communicator capable of radio connection to public lines in a plurality of countries.

SOLUTION: The mobile communicator is provided with: a radio communication means for the radio connections to the public lines in the plurality of countries; a connection specification storage means for storing a connection specification to each of the public lines; a communication control means for inputting/outputting data via the radio communication means; and a connection specification signal output means for outputting a signal associated with the connection specification to the radio communication means and the communication control means based upon the stored contents in the connection specification storage means, and these means are integrated in a portable casing.
