PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation curve preparation device capable of preparing an operation curve including complicated restricted sections, and which has no restrictions in considerable margin time. SOLUTION: A CPU10 divides the operation curve on the basis of prescribed division conditions and determines divided sections of a distribution destination for unit time. The CPU10 adds a meandering line section to the divided section and changes the operation curve.
