PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior cover member in which such a stuck member as a label or the like which is attached on the exterior face is easily removed, and to reuse the exterior cover as a product. SOLUTION: A peeling off aid means 4 having a flexible part at one or more locations of the labeling part 3 of the exterior cover member 1 on which a label 2 is stuck is provided.
