PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive adhesive keeping sufficient conductivity among circuits without lowering adhesive strength. SOLUTION: In this anisotropic conductive adhesive or film containing an adhesive component and conductive particles, at least two kinds of particles having different hardness and nearly the same particle diameter are used as the conductive particle.
