PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expedite exhaust inside a mold and to improve the smoothness of a product and the cooling properties thereof, in simply manufacturing the mold causing no opening of pores in the product. SOLUTION: The mold 10 has a constitution wherein at least a part of a mold face 11 with which a plastic sheet 1 softened by heat is brought into close contact to be molded is formed of a porous plate 12 and a large number of exhaust pores 12A are formed by the porous plate 12.
