<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency induction heating coil for flat-hardening a crankshaft with which a straight hardened layer pattern having uniform depth can be obtained without shallowing the center part in the hardened layer pattern. <P>SOLUTION: A first and a second heating conductive body parts 62, 63 are disposed parallel to each other on the same plane, and a nineth and a tenth heating conductive body parts 70, 71 are disposed oppositely at the center portions on a cylindrical outer peripheral surfaces of a pin part or a journal part (parts to be heated) in the crankshaft 1, so as to apply the high frequency induction heating for flat hardening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
