<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which is for housing a medical appliance, a member etc., which can directly contact with an affected part, whose surface can be kept to be in asepsis until just before using the container and whose peeling operability of its surface layer is improved, and to provide a multilayer sheet for forming the container. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer sheet for the medical appliance and the thermoformed container are provided. The multilayer sheet comprises at least two layers of (A) a base material layer and (B) the surface layer. 180° peeling strength between (A) the base material layer and (B) the surface layer is 0.10 to 2.0 N/25mm. (B) The surface layer contains an antistatic agent and consists of thermoplastic resin composition whose surface resistivity is ≤10<SP>12</SP>Ω/SQUARE.
