<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle cooking utensil capable of boiling up noodles to the core of noodle strings in a short period of time while disentangling the noodle strings, preventing the noodle strings from being easily cut in boiling even if the noodle strings are easily cut with the increased rate of buckwheat in the raw material like the 100% buckwheat noodle. <P>SOLUTION: The shaking colander 1 for boiling noodles is provided with a cylindrical body part 11 whose top is open, a net 12 at the bottom of the body part 11, and a handle 13 at the body part 11. The noodle cooking utensil to which the shaking colander 1 is applied comprises a pot body 4, a hot-water injection bottom lid 2 with a plurality of spouts 23 of truncated cone shape and downward projections 22 disposed on the bottom of the pot body 4, and a pot lid 3 with a flange 31 to be mounted on an opening part 41 of the pot body 4 and a plurality of holding holes 32 for holding the shaking colanders 1 for boiling noodles.
