PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falsification of a recording medium in which measured data are recorded, to improve the confidence of the recording medium in certification and inspection, and to realize a device of manufacturing the recording medium having high confidence in certification and inspection. SOLUTION: This measured data recording medium has a measured data recording part and a label recording part in which a label including the attribute data of measured data recorded in the measured data recording part and the attribute data of a measuring device is printed and recorded in a legible way.
