PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and tightly attach the center absorption part of an absorbent article to the excretion part of the body and to maintain the tightly attached state when absorbing excreted liquid. SOLUTION: A sanitary napkin 1 is provided with: a first press fitting part 11 and a second press fitting part 12 on both sides of the center absorption part 5; and a supporting parts 6 of high density and high rigidity on a part between the first press fitting part 11 and the second press fitting part 12. In the state of mounting the napkin 1 on the crotch cloth 25 of underwear, when receiving compression force F sideways from the femur, the napkin is bent at the first press fitting part 11 and the second press fitting part 12, the support parts 6 enter below the center absorption part 5 and exhibit a function of pushing up the center absorption part 5 so as to tightly attach it to the excretion part of the body.
