<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate, predict, plan (target setting), and manage an environmental load given to an environment by total quantity of a plurality of objects. <P>SOLUTION: An input of an objective period for evaluating the environmental load/efficiency is received, and by accessing a load quantity database storing an environment load quantity of each of a plurality of objects in association with its life stage, the environmental load quantity matching the respective life stages of a plurality of objects in the objective period is acquired.
