PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp mechanism of a magnetic disk, which allows to obtain predefined pressure by using an simple and inexpensive mechanism, and can clamp a magnetic disk in a short time. SOLUTION: A magnetic attraction member 18 is arranged inside the upper end of a cylinder-part 9 formed in a hub 8, and a bottom face of a clamp spring 12 made of a thin elastic member formed nearly in a dish shape is attracted downward of the cylinder 9 by the magnetic attraction member 18. The clamp spring 12 of which opening edge is abutted to the rim of a central hole of a magnetic disk 10 presses the magnetic disk 10 which is pressed and energized to an installation surface 11 of the hub 8 by magnetic attraction power of the magnetic attraction member 18.
