PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub connecting device for forcible circulation free from problems caused by the resistance of a channel, that is, the clogging of a discharge port. SOLUTION: This nonpolar connecting device is composed of an outer fitting member, an inner fitting member, a partition member and a filter member. Two introduction valves and two discharge valves are built in the partition member, the water coming from either one of two connecting parts 10, 11 is guided to the discharge ports 6, 7, and the water coming from a suction port 5 can be sucked by either one of two connecting parts. The suction port 5 is provided with a filter, and the discharge ports 6, 7 are free from the filters. A part of the filter where a flowing speed may be higher than the other part, is closed.
