PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the waste problem and the generation of gas by reducing the quantity of the operating fluid of a fluid actuator integrally provided with a pressure chamber, a fluid chamber and a fluid power source and arranged inside surrounded by the fluid of the pressure chamber or the fluid chamber. SOLUTION: A sealing case with a built-in fluid power source is provided inside at least one of the pressure chamber and the fluid chamber. Volume of the sealing case is set, at least, at 50% or more of the minimum volume of the pressure chamber and the fluid chamber.
