PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading platform structure for truck capable of reducing weight and cost by reducing the number of components and assembling man-hour. SOLUTION: A highly rigid inside rail 7' having L-shaped cross section is butted on the front wall and both side walls of a box-shaped loading platform 4 and inner surface side of a joint section between panels 5, and is fixed by rivets 9 as fastening members. Each panel 5 is constituted by grappling a heat insulating material with an outer plate and an inner plate, the outer plates of the panels of both side walls of the loading platform 4 and the outer plate of the panel of the front wall are extended over the heat insulating material and the inner plate by thickness of the panel of the roof, and the both side end surfaces and the front end surface are butted on the outer plates of the panels of both side walls and the outer plate of the panel of the front wall.
