PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding mold which shows improved release characteristics to various molding materials. SOLUTION: This molding mold 1 has a plated layer 3 with the rugged shapes 3a and 3b of the face formed on a mold surface 2a and a ceramic layer 5 with an uneven surface formed on the plated layer 3 with the rugged shapes 3a and 3b. In addition, since the face of the ceramic layer 5 of the die 1 is uneven, it shows excellent release characteristics to the molding material and the mold 1 is smoothly degassed even when a gas is generated during molding. The ceramic layer 5 is hardly releasable as its face is formed on the plated layer 3 with the rugged shapes 3a and 3b. Further, since both plated layer 3 and ceramic layer 5 are formed on the mold surface 2a of a molding mold main body 2, the breakage of the mold surface 2a is successfully suppressed and the mold 1 can be reproduced by replenishing the plated layer 3 and the ceramic layer 5 when both are worn out.
