PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasive supply method in sand blasting machining for stably supplying abrasive regardless of the state of the abrasive such as humidity and the use time to set the optimum injection amount. SOLUTION: According to this sand blast machining, an abrasive supply roller having a recessed part such as a groove or a hole formed on the periphery is rotated in an abrasive tank or an abrasive layer formed below an abrasive pressure tank communicating with the abrasive tank to pass the surface of the roller through the abrasive layer, thereby filling the recessed part on the periphery of the roller with the abrasive, and then a mixed fluid of high pressure gas and the abrasive is injected from an abrasive jet nozzle. The abrasive filled in the recessed part on the periphery of the abrasive supply roller is taken out toward an abrasive take-out part formed close to the periphery of the abrasive supply roller by abrasive take-out gas formed of suction negative pressure, which is supplied from a high pressure gas supply source or generated in an abrasive take-out part, and the abrasive is supplied to the abrasive jet nozzle through an abrasive supply pipe facing the abrasive take-out part or directly from the abrasive take-out part.
