The reinforcing prosthesis (17), comprising a porous textile support (1) with at least one yarn having non-resorbable polymer strands and both microporous and macroporous structures, has a protected zone (18) coated with a resorbable hydrophilic material of collagens and/or polysaccharides in the form of a film (13) covering and penetrating the filaments at least of the microporous structure. The textile support has a two-dimensional structure, and the film has a thickness of between 10 and 100 microns. The prosthesis can be made, for example, in the form of a strip with parallel edges and a central protected zone. |
