摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data retrieval device in which data can be retrieved even by a user of low skill level by helping the user to search a suitable retrieval condition and retrieval having accuracy higher than a conventional device can be performed. SOLUTION: The data retrieval device for retrieving a required data file from a plurality of data files recorded in a database on the basis of a retrieval condition set by the user is constituted so that these data files recorded in the database respectively include a plurality of retrieving keys which are keys for knowing the contents of the data files and are provided with a patent information retrieving part 23 for receiving the retrieval condition and retrieving a data file satisfying the retrieval condition from the database and a retrieval key extraction part 25 for extracting retrieving keys from the retrieved data file. The patent information retrieval part 23 retrieves a data file including a part or all of the retrieval keys extracted by the retrieval key extraction part 25 from the database. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
