PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a discrepancy from arising between the mutual relative angles of heat exchanging parts 81, 82 after joined together in a heat exchanger for an air conditioner divided in a plurality of heat exchanging parts. SOLUTION: An indoor heat exchanger is divided in the first heat exchanging part 81 and the second heat exchanging part 82, and provided with a fixed side plate 81c of the first heat exchanging part 81, a fixed side plate 82c of the second heat exchanging part 82, and a screw 90. The fixed side plate 81c is provided with a hole 81d and a recessed part 81e, and the fixed side plate 82c is provided with a hole 82d and a projecting part 82e. The hole 81d faces the hole 81e, and the projecting part 82e faces the recessed part 81e. The recessed part 81e and the projecting part 82e are formed near the holes 81d, 82d.
