PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave tuning network for acquiring a desired frequency response by selectively changing the network topology on a MMIC, a MIC or a hybrid circuit by using MEM switches. SOLUTION: The desired frequency response of the microwave network on the monolithic microwave integrated circuit can be acquired by changing the network topology after selectively switching the groups of the MEM switches. In a MMIC filter network, the groups of the MEM switches which are respectively connected between capacitor groups and inductor groups are selectively switched to acquire a desired frequency response after changing the network composition. In a MMIC amplifier network, the groups of the MEM switches are selectively switched to tune the amplifier to the desired frequency response to reduce the high frequency output.
