PROCESSING METHOD OF WATER-CONTAINING ORGANIC WASTE BY BLAST FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for making water-containing organic wastes easy to handle for recycling them in a blast furnace. SOLUTION: The processing method comprises a drying treatment of water-containing organic wastes subjected to pulverization by a drying apparatus 10 and blowing the treated organic wastes as auxiliary fuel through a tuyere 4 formed in a blast furnace 1. The water-containing organic wastes are preferably subjected also to a degreasing treatment. Further preferably, the water-containing organic wastes are blown together with finely powdered carbon. In such a case, the finely powdered carbon and the water-containing organic wastes are mixed and blown by a facility for blowing finely powdered carbon through a common tuyere 4 or they are blown separately by a facility for blowing the finely powdered carbon and a facility for blowing the water-containing organic wastes.
