PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to page partners who are visiting the arcade. SOLUTION: A game visitor registration supervising device for an arcade is constituted such that a transmission of message is instructed to a registration terminal unit 8 when a predetermined message is desired to be transmitted to a partner registered in a group. Then, the registration terminal unit 8 outputs a message request signal to a concentrated supervising device 5. The concentrated supervising device 5 outputs the message request signal to a calling-up lamp unit 4 arranged in correspondence with a pachinko game machine 1 where another game player registered in group plays game. With such an arrangement as above, the calling-up lamp unit 4 displays a message saying "come-on all members", for example, so that the partners registered in group acknowledge the display and can complete the game and gather from each other.
