<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument and an animal treating instrument such as a syringe in which hole clogging of a hollow needle is hardly caused without using toxic substances, and their manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: An outer peripheral surface near one end of the hollow needle 11 of an inner diameter d is roughened and a roughened surface part 15 is formed. Then, the vicinity of one end of the hollow needle is inserted into the hollow part of an outer surface tapered member 21 of a length L made of an elastic material for which the large diameter end of an outer diameter D1 and an inner diameter d and small diameter end of an outer diameter D2 and the inner diameter d are provided and the outer diameter is linearly changed, and the hollow needle and the outer surface tapered member are combined such that the roughened surface part of the hollow needle and the inner peripheral surface 22 of the outer surface tapered member are brought into contact and the small diameter part 24 of the outer surface tapered member is positioned near one end of the hollow needle. Thereafter, the inner surface tapered part 18 of the length W for which the inner diameter of one end and the inner diameter of the other end are slightly small respectively is formed at a hollow cylindrical hub 16 so as to position the front end of the hollow cylindrical hub at one end of the inner surface tapered part and the outer surface tapered member where the hollow needle is passed through is forcibly fitted to the inner surface tapered part of the hollow cylindrical hub. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
