<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting sales or the like for reducing use of poly bags by making a user bring a shopping bag and activating local economy by inducing the user to a member store. <P>SOLUTION: This system for supporting sales contains (a) a bar code reader 21 which reads a bar code 2 given so as to correspond to the shopping bag 1 that the user acquires, and (b) cash register terminals 20a, 20b or the like which transmit identification information shown by the bar code and shopping information relating to the shopping that the user goes to through the network. The system for supporting sales further contains a management terminal 10 having (c) a recording part 13 for correlating and recording information relating to the user who acquires the shopping bag, acquisition point accumulated by bringing the shopping bag and shopping, and customer information containing information showing the history of shopping that the user goes within a predetermined period with identification information, and a control part 12 for receiving the identification information and the shopping information from the cash register terminal, retrieving the customer information based on the identification information, adding scores to the acquisition point based on the shopping information, and controlling the record part so as to update the shopping history information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
