<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gasification melting system equipped with a generator, with which harmful substances such as Nox, dioxins, etc., are not emitted, power generation efficiency is high and valuables in exhaust gas are effectively used to the fullest extent. <P>SOLUTION: The gasification melting system is equipped with a gasification melting furnace 3B having a gas burner 15, a thermal decomposition apparatus 5 for subjecting exhaust gas emitted in the gasification melting furnace to gasification reaction to form combustible gas, the generator 10 for generating electricity using the formed combustible gas as fuel and an electrolyzer 27 for electrolyzing water using electric power 24 generated by the generator. Brown gas formed from electrolysis gas made by the electrolyzer 27 is introduced into the gasification melting furnace and used as fuel gas for the gas burner 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
