<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of transmission of a post-base-band-process sending signal transmitted to a sending device of each sector. <P>SOLUTION: BB parts 202-1 to 202-n multiplex a down base band signal for each 6 sectors of two sending carriers housed in carrier receiving parts 104-1 and 104-2, respectively, to output to BBMUX parts 203-1 and 203-2. The BBMUX parts 203-1 to 203-2 multiplex the down base band signal outputted from the BB parts 202-1 to 202-n for each sector of each sending carrier, for 6 sectors total of the two sending carriers housed in the carrier receiving part, to generate a digital sending signal for each sector of each sending carrier.
