PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine mount with improved durability by preventing magnets from getting in contact with each other while effectively preventing vibration. SOLUTION: Force of magnetic energization caused by mutual action of magnetic fields of the magnets 34 and 36 and a movable magnet 32 to each other is inputted to a rubber mounting 22. Increase/decrease of the force of magnetic energization in a prescribed range is opposite to increase/decrease of force of elasticity of the rubber mounting 22, and their change quantity is roughly similar. Therefore, in this specific range, a spring constant of spring force as a whole device is zero or extremely small. Transmission of vibration through the rubber mounting 22 can thus be effectively shielded. At a part between a regulation part 30 and a base in the middle of a shaft 28, a lamination rubber mechanism 60 comprising a plurality of layers of rubber sheets 62 and metal sheets 64 alternately laminated in an axial direction of the shaft 28 is installed.
