<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional filter which is produced easily and efficiently, has an excellent mechanical strength and efficiently removes a malodor or a harmful substance. <P>SOLUTION: The functional filter is constituted by successively laminating functional sheets or winding the functional sheet. This functional filter is constituted of a kneading sheet containing a functional material powder and a binder resin, and a resin net knitted from warp and weft yarns different in diameter.
