PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a throttle valve to the minimum opening of the idling without actuating excessive pressing force to a stepping motor including a slider when the stepping motor including the slider does not operate in an idle speed control state. SOLUTION: A throttle drum 1 is fixed to a throttle shaft 32, energized by a throttle return spring 37 in the closing direction, and openly/closely operated by a driver. A link lever 2 is loosely fitted to and disposed on a throttle shaft 32, and a first arm 2A is opposedly disposed on the slider 39 of the stepping motor M. A link spring 4 is compressively provided between a closing direction side end part 1Ba of a second arm 1B of the throttle drum 1 and an opening direction side end part 2Bb of a second arm 2B of the link lever 2. A screw part 3B of the tip of a link screw 3 is screwed to the second arm 1B of the throttle drum 1, and the rear end of the link screw 3 is loosely fitted to and disposed on the second arm 2B of the link lever 2. A flange part 3A at the rear end is locked to the closing direction side end part 2Ba of the second arm 2B of the link lever 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
