PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating/heat insulating door used as internal/external facing materials, superior in sound insulating/sound absorbing performance and fire resistant/heat insulating performance, and reducing warp. SOLUTION: This sound insulating/heat insulating door 1 is characterized in that a pair of obverse/reverse first base boards 12 are formed on the obverse/reverse of a core material 11 with a joining material; an intermediate core material 13 having a through-hole 130 is formed on the surface of each first base board 12 with the joining material; a pair of obverse/reverse backing materials 16 are formed on surfaces of the intermediate core materials 13 with the joining materials; a pair of obverse/reverse second base boards 14 and 15 are formed on reverses of the backing materials 16 with the joining materials; a pair of obverse/reverse decorative sheets 17 are formed a surfaces of the second base boards 14 with the joining materials; and an inorganic lightweight foaming body 3 or an inorganic fiber material 4 is filled in an intermediate hollow part 103 surrounded by the core material 11 and the first base boards 12.
