PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having both of a mechanical strength and fluidity which have been difficult to achieve by a conventional filler without reducing a modulus; and to provide a molded product thereof. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 25-90 mass% styrenic polymer mainly having syndiotactic structure, (B) 0.2-10 mass% polymer having compatibility or affinity with the component (A) and having a polar group, (C) 0-60 (including 0) mass% thermoplastic resin and/or gummy elastomer except the styrenic polymer having the syndiotactic structure, (D) 0-5 (including 0) mass% component accelerating the crystallization rate of the styrenic polymer, (E) 10-65 mass% fiber reinforcing agent having a cross section in the perpendicular direction of the longitudinal direction, having a flat cross section shape with a major axis and a minor axis based on the composition, and (F) 0-50 (including 0) mass% organic filler or inorganic filler based on the composition, provided that the proportion of the components (E) and (F) is 10-65 mass% based on the composition.
