PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic polymer composition having flexibility, rubber elasticity and dynamic characteristics, exhibiting excellent melt-adhesion properties to a metal or a synthetic resin (particularly a polar resin), and excellent in molding processability and heat resistance, particularly permanent compression set at a high temperature. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polymer composition comprises 100 pts. mass of an addition-polymerized block copolymer (I) and, incorporated therewith, 5-200 pts. mass of a polyurethane block copolymer (II), 10-300 pts. mass of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (III) and 10-300 pts. mass of a softening agent (IV) for a rubber. The addition-polymerized block copolymer comprises at least one selected from a block copolymer, which comprises at least one polymer block A mainly composed of an aromatic vinyl compound and at least one polymer block B mainly composed of a conjugated diene compound where the polymer block B portion is crosslinked, and a hydrogenated product thereof. The polyurethane block copolymer has an addition-polymerized block C, which comprises a block copolymer having a polymer block A2 mainly composed of an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block B2 mainly composed of a conjugated diene compound or a hydrogenated product thereof, and a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer block D.
