PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic drawing-out mechanism of slide rail enabling drawing-out by slightly pushing inward, and also provide a drawer device using the automatic drawing-out mechanism. SOLUTION: When the slide rail is moved in a drawing-in direction, a push lock mechanism 10 pushes a first arm 22 of a reversal mechanism 20 and the reversal mechanism 20 is rotated, and the push lock mechanism 10 is locked by compressing a compression spring. By further pressing, the reversal mechanism 20 is automatically turned up to a specified angle, and the first arm 22 is separated from the push lock mechanism 10. By further pressing in the drawing-in direction, the push lock mechanism 10 abuts against an abutment member arranged in a specified position on a stopping side, and a compression force is applied to the compression spring so as to release the lock, and the abutment member is pressed by this resilient force. The push lock mechanism 10 moves in a drawing-out direction as this reaction, and collides against a second arm 23 of the reversal mechanism 20 from behind, and the reversal mechanism 20 is reversed in an original position.
